With ENCOMPASS managed IT support, PartnerIT business technology services and PartnerERP systems integration services, Black has established 3coast as a valuable player in the Houston IT industry. He champions growth, innovation and commitment to excellence in his leadership, management and staff.
After a successful 14-year career in IT within the insurance industry, Black began his association with 3coast in 1991 as a sales manager. Black attended Texas A&M University and graduated from Galveston College with an Associate in Applied Science in 1977. He earned his designation as a Certified Personnel Consultant in 1986.
